Heaton Moor and Heaton Chapel are villa territory: substantial Victorian and Edwardian houses, frequently three storeys, frequently with the top floor converted into the room somebody works in.
That top floor is the hardest place in any house to get a signal to, and it is also the reason jobs here can sit at the upper end of the price range. A run to a second floor means proper ladder work, sometimes a longer route around the building, and more time. We would rather explain that at survey than surprise you with it.
The routes themselves are rarely a problem. Detached and semi-detached villas with generous plots give plenty of options, and there is usually more than one sensible way round.
What we do
A cable around the outside, not through the middle
We run weatherproof, solid copper Cat6 around the outside of your house, from your router to the rooms you actually work in. Two small sealed holes, proper wall sockets at each end, a multi-gigabit switch in each room, and every run tested. Nothing goes through your floors or your plaster, so there is nothing to redecorate.
One question decides whether it will work at your house: can you walk around the outside from the front to the back without crossing a neighbour's land? If you can, we can almost certainly help. If you cannot, we will tell you for free.
