Privacy notice

What we collect

Only what the enquiry form asks for:

• Your name
• Your phone number
• Your email address
• Your postcode
• Whether you can walk around the outside of your house
• What is going wrong at the moment, if you tell us

Why we collect it

To contact you about the survey you asked for, and to work out whether we can help before we travel. Our lawful basis is legitimate interest in responding to an enquiry you started.

Where it goes

Your enquiry is stored in a database hosted by Cloudflare and emailed to us through Resend, an email delivery service. That is the whole list. It is not shared with anyone else, it is not sold, and you will not be added to a mailing list.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are deleted after 24 months.

Your rights

You can ask to see what we hold, correct it, or have it deleted. Reply to any email we have sent you, or use the enquiry form, and we will action it. There is no process to go through and we will not ask you why.

Analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which sets no cookies and does not track individuals between sites. That is why this site has no cookie banner: it has nothing to ask you about.

Complaints

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
