The honest bit
First, we check the route.
Our work needs a viable route around the outside of the building. Detached houses, semis and end terraces often have one. A mid terrace usually has a route up the front, so we can reach the front rooms but not the back. Flats often have no route at all. A free survey tells you whether the route and the job make sense at your house.
